Dr. Cotton’s practice is designed to allow her to spend an extended amount of time with her patients. She has extended availability/hours and works with families to ensure the highest quality of care. Dr. Cotton does so much more than medication management, focusing on the whole person as well as family dynamics and other external factors that affect mental health. She will arrange for virtual, in office, or in home visits to meet your family’s needs.

Yes! We accept most adults with neurodevelopmental disorders and genetic conditions. We also accept other adult patients on a case by case basis. If you are an adult and would like to be seen, please reach out to us for a brief consultation. Please note that Silverwing Psychiatry does not accept geriatric patients at this time.
